KDevs designs and develops custom websites and mobile applications for SMEs/SMBs/associations. This collaboration takes the form of two independent self-employed individuals working jointly on client projects through a cross-billing system.
Each co-founder has Professional Civil Liability (RC Pro) insurance covering notably intangible damages resulting from IT services, in accordance with best practices recommended for web freelancers.
The two self-employed individuals collaborate occasionally on joint projects while maintaining their legal and fiscal independence. Billing is carried out according to the following methods:
All content (texts, logos, illustrations, mockups, source codes) is the exclusive property of KDevs (represented jointly by the two self-employed individuals) or their clients.
Any total or partial reproduction without written authorization is prohibited (art. L.122-4 CPI).
